In the kitchen: Banana buttermilk cake with honey cinnamon frosting

Cake. Yum.
Cake. Yum.

What to do with a bunch of overripe bananas? Bake a cake thats what. Specifically a deliciously moist banana cake slightly adapted from a yummy Mindfood recipe (instead of sour cream I used buttermilk). Not to be outdone, I iced it with a honey cinnamon frosting that would make Martha Stewart proud.

I promised Hovi I wouldn’t take it to work to share with my team (sorry guys) so we have the tough task of eating (enjoying) it all by ourselves. It’s tough work, really.
