On a recent Saturday night when I imagined it to be colder than it actually was on a fine Indian summer’s eve, I stumbled upon this very delicious and warming meatball recipe from Mindfood.
Both spicy, airy yet light and fragrant, it was the perfect meal for that balmy eve.
With a combination of lamb, green chillies, smoky paprika topped off with the cooling combination of yoghurt and coriander and mint, I could have licked licked the pan clean. In fact, I think I did.
Warm yet refreshing at the same time, it’s a sultry recipe to make when you’re in betwixt a warm summer and a cool autumn.
